The Kentucky Horse Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated, through education, to the protection, growth and development of the equine industry in Kentucky. KHC offers programs in trails and trail rider support, horse show sponsorship, horse health and welfare, owner education, scholarships, youth participation, and non-profit grants. |
