Midwest Trail Ride (MTR) is a privately owned horseman's campground bordering Hoosier National Forest (HNF), 15 miles south of Bloomington, Indiana. We offer both organized rides and daily camping from the end of March to the beginning of November. Featuring roomy 25'x100' campsites, cedar log cabins and bunkhouses, modern showers, clean restrooms, firewood, coffee & drinks. Home cooked meals, musical entertainment on scheduled rides. Covered 8x8 stalls, and water & elec. on every site. Tack & Western-lifestyle store on site; specializing in trail rider's gear. There are over 100 miles of clearly marked trails that are immediate access from the campground. |
