Saddle Lake is home to the esteemed UC equestrian team, Missy Jo Hollingsworth Performance Horses and Sonnys Hot Jazz, one of the most versatile Quarter Horse stallions being bred today. "Sonny" is a multiple World Champion and is currently a member of the KBIF.
